RTX in East Hartford invites applications for the Commercial Engines Leadership Development Program (CELDP). The two-year rotation spans four business departments, each six months, providing exposure to fleet management, program management, supplier performance, and more.

You will rotate through projects, present to senior leadership, and participate in mentorship and recruitment efforts while building cross-functional skills in a global aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree in a business discipline by start date.
• Experience with general business operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access certain systems.

Responsabilités

• Work on high-impact projects within the Commercial Engines group.
• Present final projects to CELDP leadership at rotation end.
• Participate in mentorship and recruiting/onboarding activities.
• Support CELDP program through networking and outreach.
