Successful interns will rotate through mechanical, aerospace, or materials engineering domains, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and strong communication while tackling real-world aerospace challenges.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• ABET-accredited degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Basic understanding of engineering/manufacturing fundamentals.
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate technical problems clearly.
• Strong teamwork skills with demonstrated leadership.

Aufgaben

• Plan and perform engineering tasks within SQDC.
• Collaborate with leaders to set goals for each rotation.
• Complete technical training with mentorship from senior engineers.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to real-world problems while managing multiple priorities.
• Share best practices on analyses, techniques and methodologies.
• Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work.
