Job summary

You will develop project plans, manage resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

This 100% onsite role requires leadership experience in aerospace environments, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years aerospace/engineering/manufacturing or equivalent military experience.
• Understanding of engineering mission systems laboratory environments.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role OR completed Boeing’s 'Exploring Leadership' course.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
