Job summary

The Boeing Company in Tukwila, WA seeks an Engineering Manager for Integrated Technologies Development Labs to lead core operations engineering and lab operations in MS&B. You will manage a team of engineers, drive project plans, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure technical quality and schedule adherence. This on-site role requires a U.S.

Citizenship, ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, and a track record of leadership in aerospace engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience.
• Understanding of engineering mission systems laboratory environments.
• At least one year in a leadership role or completed Boeing internal leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manage, develop and motivate employees.
