Qualificações

• 7+ years of related experience; 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with a broad set of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Advanced skills in employee development, team building, and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for product development and sustaining programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve engineering processes and efficiency.
• Plan resources and manage multiple projects; monitor budgets.
• Mentor and develop the electrical engineering team and suppliers.
