Job summary

Client Test & Evaluation seeks an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support Flight test in Tukwila, WA. The role focuses on DFMA analysis, build planning, and supplier coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient flight program execution.

Responsibilities include leading manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions, and integration with design, procurement, and program IE to meet cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in engineering with ABET preferred.
• 5+ years related work experience in manufacturing/flight test environments.
• DFMA analysis and integrated build plan development experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in IPTs to integrate technical solutions across disciplines.
• Develops and maintains integrated build plans with Test PM, Design Engineering, and IE.
• Creates manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions, and assembly/fabrication drawings.
• Coordinates with fabrication, procurement, and supplier management.
