Qualifications

Over 12+ years aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong design + manufacturing engineering background.
Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management.
Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment.
Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management.
Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment.
