You will guide multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, quality, and program management, delivering strategic engineering initiatives and measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Over 12+ years aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong design + manufacturing engineering background.
• Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management.
• Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management.
• Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment.
