Job summary

ADI | Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in CNC machining for aerospace components. You will drive NPI programs, process development, RCCA, and the data infrastructure that underpins manufacturing, while collaborating with operations, planning, quality, and program management.

The role emphasizes technical leadership and a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, ERP/PLM systems, and continuous improvement in a build-to-print

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant professional experience in manufacturing engineering within a CNC machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of multi-axis CNC machining, workholding/fixturing, GD&T, and process capability.
• Experience leading Manufacturing Engineers or similar personnel.
• Experience implementing New Product Introduction and RCCA processes.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, MES or related systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Set priorities, allocate engineering resources, and manage workload against production demands.
• Develop capabilities through coaching, standardization, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish expectations for engineering deliverables, documentation, and process discipline.
• Partner with Operations to align resources with short-term needs and long-term strategy.
• Drive standardized engineering processes, data integrity, and effective workflows across ERP/PLM.
