Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in aerospace/defense or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Engineering, CNC programming, and related technical teams.
- Translate customer drawings/models into production-ready processes.
- Guide multi-axis machining strategies for aerospace components.
- Establish CATIA CAM standards, tooling libraries, and postprocessor practices.
- Strengthen CNC verification using VERICUT or similar tools.
- Improve cycle times, utilization, and process capability while ensuring quality.
