Job summary

ADI is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team that supports aerospace production, focusing on build-to-print components. The role oversees NPI, process development, RCCA, and data integrity across ERP/PLM systems.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transitions from design to shop floor, while driving continuous improvement and technical rigor throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field is required.
Significant experience in CNC machining manufacturing engineering.
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
Experience with ERP/PLM/MES systems.
Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing process capability.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers to support aerospace operations.
Drive New Product Introduction from planning through production stabilization.
Lead RCCA investigations and implement corrective actions with measurable results.
Own engineering systems and data governance for ERP/PLM, ensuring data integrity.
