Job summary
Energy Jobline ZR seeks an accomplished Aerospace Engineering Leader to head engineering operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will influence engineering strategy, NPI, manufacturing readiness, and production execution while guiding organizational growth.
Leading multidisciplinary teams, you will shape design and production engineering, tooling and test strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the function.
Qualifications
- Over 12 years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong design and manufacturing engineering background.
- Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management.
- AS9100-regulated environment experience.
- Cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing & Production Engineering.
- Oversee NPI & Production Readiness.
- Direct Design & Manufacturing Engineering activities.
- Manage Tooling, Automation & Test Engineering.
- Oversee Configuration Management and change control.
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across projects.
