Job summary
Energy Jobline ZR in Columbus, MS seeks a Senior Manager / Director of Engineering to lead aerospace manufacturing operations in a highly regulated environment. You will shape engineering strategy, oversee NPI, and drive manufacturing readiness and production execution.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams across Design, Manufacturing, Tooling, and Quality, delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence while aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong design + manufacturing engineering background.
- Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management.
- Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management.
- Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment.
