Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks an experienced aerospace engineering leader to provide technical and organizational leadership for our engineering organization and support the continued growth of our aerospace composite manufacturing operations.

The position will initially fulfill a Principal engineering function, demanding a strong background in design, development, industrialization and manufacture of advanced composite aerospace structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 15-20+ years of progressive engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
• Significant experience with manufacturing advanced composite aerospace structures or components.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Composite structural assembly
• Must be US Person
