Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a dedicated EMI/EMC test engineer to join Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering on Merritt Island, FL. You will design and execute MIL-STD-461 test campaigns for avionics, manage equipment, and deliver rigorous test reports demonstrating compliance.

Qualifications include a BS in EE and 3+ years in EMC testing, with strong knowledge of MIL-STD-461G and related standards. Relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3 years of hands-on EMC/EMI testing experience across MIL-STD-461 methods.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards MIL-STD-461G/DO-160G and related specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document EMI/EMC tests per MIL-STD-461 across avionics systems.
• Operate and maintain EMI test equipment including receivers, probes, and fixtures.
• Prepare high-quality test reports with spectral data, margins, and pass/fail determinations.
