Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electronics Technician for the Facilities & Services team in North Berwick, ME. The role involves weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun, 3 x 12) with pay for 40 hours across a 36-hour workweek. Responsibilities include electrical/electronic maintenance, schematics interpretation, and diagnostics of NC/CNC machines.

Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license and work from heights up to 20 feet. US citizenship is required. Benefits and overtime options apply.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1+ years of related experience in industrial electrical/electronics or a related technical certificate/degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform complex electrical/electronic maintenance and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
• Read and interpret electrical/electronic and mechanical schematics as needed.
• Diagnose and repair NC/CNC machines and electronic controls.
• Apply safety practices and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Communicate effectively with tradespeople and vendors.
• Manage multiple priorities and shifts, including overtime.
