Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) in the US.
• IPC Class III Solder Exam certification.
• Experience with electronic assembly.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, diagrams, and drawings; interpret specifications and BOMs.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, measuring devices, and light machinery.
• Maintain inventory at workstations for smooth production flow.
• Perform quality checks and record defects.
• Rework and repair assembled equipment per engineering changes.
• Follow safety and quality standards; keep a clean, safe work environment.
