Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace facility in San Marcos, TX is seeking an Assembler I for 2nd shift. You will read blueprints, operate hand and electrical tools, deburr, expand hoses, and maintain inventory while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and being a U.S. Person; 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required in the US.
U.S. Person status as defined for onboarding.
At least 6 months experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred: experience reading blueprints and using common hand/electrical tools.

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Operate hand and electrical tools and measurement devices safely.
Deburr and assemble components per engineering drawings.
Maintain clean work area and accurate part inventory.
Perform quality checks and document defects or changes.
