Job summary

You will inspect your work, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• US citizenship is required for access to program/contract.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating as trained.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Meet productivity and deadlines while following safety rules.
• Participate in audits and cost-reduction/continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain workspace and report progress to supervisor.
• Complete assigned tasks within scope and develop skills.
