Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in technical/administrative field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in document control, engineering support or certification roles.
• Experience with PDM systems and ECN processes.
• Familiarity with FAA and AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECN process: organize meetings, track change docs and status.
• Coordinate ECN completion and cross‑functional consensus.
• Improve ECN tools and workflows for efficiency.
• Maintain ECN logs, approvals, and traceability metrics.
• Create and release document packages (CCS, MDLs, drawings).
• Manage FAA, ODA, DERs certification data submittals.
