Job summary

Rocket EMS in Carson City, NV seeks a Document Control Analyst to maintain controlled documentation for aerospace-grade PCBA production. You will manage revisions, ensure correct drawings and materials, and preserve audit trails while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Planning.

You will support regulatory compliance (AS9100, ISO 9001) and ensure secure, retrievable records for audits and customer reviews. This role is on-site in a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in document control or quality records.
• Experience in electronics or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and revision accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Acrobat, and electronic file-management systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the controlled document system with policies, forms, drawings, and records.
• Receive, review, process, and release new or revised documentation.
• Verify revisions before release to production and archive obsolete documents.
• Maintain revision histories and audit trails for controlled documents.
• Manage document distribution and ensure accessibility for production and inspection.
• Coordinate engineering changes and review for technical approvals.
• Support compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records including travelers, inspection results, and certificates of conformance.
• Respond to requests for historical manufacturing and traceability records.
