Collins Aerospace, a leading aerospace and defense innovator, is hiring for a hybrid program management role. You will drive execution of complex portfolios, coordinate financials, and lead cross-functional teams across Digital Technology to deliver multi-million dollar projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules and resources across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio and drive scope/risk/financial reporting processes.
• Manage program financials with controllers and analysts to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
