Job summary

Collins Aerospace RTX is seeking a senior program manager to ensure execution of multiple projects within a portfolio. You will drive scope, risk, financial reporting, and technical reviews across the Digital Technology portfolio.

You will manage program financials with controllers and analysts, partner with Digital leaders on schedules and milestones, and lead teams to mitigate risks and communicate with stakeholders. Strong PM experience and MS Project proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio and manage scope, risk, and financial reporting.
• Manage program financials with controllers, analysts and leads across Digital Technology.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead teams to develop stakeholder communications.
