You will lead cross-functional teams across DT, facilities, engineering and security to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget. The role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and continuous process improvement within a dynamic matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to attain a Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience managing digital technology projects with oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.
• Experience managing project financials (EAC, BAC) and forecasting resource demand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security during proposals, document requirements, and provide Basis of Estimates for opportunities.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance with planning, forecasting, and risk tracking.
• Document scope changes across the DT development lifecycle and projects.
• Prepare presentations and communicate status to internal and external customers at leadership levels.
• Establish and monitor key project metrics, milestones, and critical path against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Resolve conflicts and promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve goals.
• Participate in continuous process improvement to improve delivery predictability.
• Coordinate technical collaboration with 3rd parties to accelerate problem resolution.
