Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee Merger & Acquisition projects in a hybrid role based in the U.S. You will partner with Collins DT Leaders and RTX Enterprise Services to drive project planning, readiness, and integration across multiple work streams.

The position requires travel up to 25% and extensive stakeholder collaboration. The role emphasizes budget control, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on Day 1 readiness and post-close

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.
• Experience partnering with customers, stakeholders, and teams to deliver complex systems and services.
• Experience implementing portfolio management systems including program financials, risk management, schedule and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio across scope, risk, and financial reporting.
• Drive end-to-end project planning including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead readiness assessments for Day 1 and post-close integration.
• Manage budget forecasting and tracking for integration activities.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and development of integrated schedules.
