Job summary

Astronautics Corporation of America is seeking a Program Management Support Coordinator to assist our Program Managers with day-to-day execution of programs and new business pursuits. This on-site role with hybrid flexibility is based at our Oak Creek, WI headquarters.

You will oversee scheduling, reporting, metrics, and coordination, providing executive visibility into staffing, schedule, and budget performance. The role reports to the Director, Avionics Solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred; a high school diploma with at least three years' relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in project coordination, scheduling, PMO support, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret data, develop meaningful reports and metrics, and communicate information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program scheduling, reporting, metrics, and coordination; provide executive visibility into staffing, schedule, and budget performance; and lead assigned small projects or other initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to support project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare informational and decision-support presentations for technical, business, customer, and vendor audiences.
