Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead Merger & Acquisition projects within the Digital Technology Program Management Office. This hybrid role partners with Collins DT Leaders and RTX Enterprise Services to drive cross-site integration and execution.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, MS Project and Planview experience, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across multiple sites. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 10 years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.
• Experience partnering with customers, stakeholders, and teams to deliver complex systems and services.
• Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across the portfolio to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project planning with scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and integration checkpoints.
• Lead readiness assessments for Day 1 and post-close integration.
• Manage budget forecasting and tracking for integration activities.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop effective risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Develop effective stakeholder communications and collaboration.
