Jobot is seeking an Engineering Document Control Specialist to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Everett, WA. You will manage engineering documents, oversee the ECN and configuration processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control (aerospace preferred).
• Proficient in Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
• Familiarity with ECN, configuration, and change control processes.
• Strong organizational, detail orientation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all engineering documents in an organized, accurate, and accessible manner.
• Implement and oversee the document control process, ensuring completeness and currency.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand and manage document requirements.
• Facilitate the ECN process with proper documentation and communication.
• Utilize PDM systems to track revisions.
• Implement and manage the engineering configuration process.
• Monitor and control the change control process and communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep documents current.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide training and support on document control systems.
