Job summary

Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) in Kirkland, WA, is hiring a Program Administrator to collaborate with Program Managers and oversee internal program operations. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in the office and supports multiple programs to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.

The Cabin Electronics Product Group develops EmPower power solutions for aircraft cabins and flight decks, serving hundreds of airlines and OEMs globally.

Qualifications

• High School degree required, BachelorDegree or AssociateDegree highly desired.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in a related role is required.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and review of purchase order terms.
• Maintain program documentation, metrics and delivery schedules.
• Support schedule changes and expedites as needed.
• Attend internal and external customer meetings to support program success.
