Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Shipping Administrator to accurately process outbound shipments, manage ERP data, and ensure documentation compliance. The role collaborates with Quality, Material Handling, and Production to keep orders moving on schedule.

Ideal candidates have aerospace shipping experience, ITAR/EAR familiarity, and a strong focus on traceability and process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a shipping/logistics role.
• Experience with aerospace documentation and export controls.
• Ability to work onsite in Malden, MA.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound serialized shipments in ERP with high accuracy.
• Ensure shipping docs and certs match shipments and are uploaded.
• Maintain audit-ready digital shipping records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, incl. export controls.
• Schedule carriers and track on-time release.
• Support process improvements in shipping workflows.
