Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders, communicating pricing, lead times, shipping, and delivery expectations.
• Proactively notify customers of changes to timelines or requirements.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Develop product knowledge and collaborate with Manufacturing, Materials, Scheduling, Shipping, IT, Sales, and other departments to fulfill orders.
