Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a Contract Support Specialist to serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams. The role involves managing sales orders, entering data into the ERP system, and coordinating with Sales, Quality, and Operations.

You will maintain customer documentation, follow up on contracts and quotes, and ensure schedules align with ERP records. The position is on site in Huber Heights, OH, with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; aerospace experience a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems; ability to learn ERP quickly.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enter customer sales orders and change orders.
• Compile documentation from customers for quotes or contracts; notify when documents are missing.
• Serve as primary customer contact for orders; input data into ERP and coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Operations.
