Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Cost and Financial Analyst to lead costing, pricing activities, and program finance support for the Power Actuation Systems business unit.

You will consolidate estimates from functional groups into costing templates, support bids and negotiations, and provide financial reporting to internal and external customers, helping manage program health and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relative experience in cost/financial analysis.
• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with government contracts and audits (DCAA).
• Knowledge of pricing/proposals, contracts management, and ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing on customer RFPs/RFQs in FAR-regulated and competitive contexts.
• Interface with proposal team members on quotes and supporting logic.
• Maintain historical database of quotes and assist program management with financials.
• Prepare monthly cost-type billings and provide program financial reporting.
