Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relative experience.
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting or other technical discipline.
• Experience with government contracts (Contracts Management, Pricing / Proposals, Business Mgmt., Customer negotiations).
• Program Financial Metrics such as EACs, ETC, EVMS (CPI / SPI).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with MS Office and applicable systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Pricing lead on customer RFPs/RFQs in FAR regulated and competitive environment for new products, existing products, assemblies, spare parts, and repairs.
• Interfaces with proposal team (BD, Operations, Engineering, Quality) regarding quotes and supporting logic.
• Maintains historical database of quotes.
• Assist Program Management with programmatic financials.
• Reporting and analyzing program and BU financial data for weekly, monthly and annual reviews.
• Gathers, validates, and analyzes sales and cost-of-sales data to evaluate performance.
• Prepare monthly cost type billings for invoice to customers.
• Maintain Program Master List.
