Job summary

Marotta Controls is seeking a Cost and Financial Analyst in Parsippany, NJ to support costing, pricing, and program financial health. You will consolidate inputs from functional groups into costing templates and prepare cost positions for bids.

The role collaborates with proposal teams and program management, delivers routine financial reporting, and maintains the program master list. A background in finance or accounting and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relative experience.
• B.S. Finance, Accounting, or other technical discipline.
• Experience working on government contracts (Contracts Management, Pricing/Proposals, Business Mgmt.).
• Experience in supporting audits (DCAA/Internal/External).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Pricing lead on customer RFPs/RFQs in FAR regulated and competitive environments.
• Interface with proposal team and other functions regarding quotes and supporting logic.
• Maintain historical database of quotes.
• Assist Program Management with programmatic financials.
• Report and analyze program financial data for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
• Prepare monthly cost-type billings for customers.
