Job summary

FDH Aero in the Dallas–Fort Worth and broader U.S. market is seeking a Corporate and Contracts Paralegal to support the General Counsel with contract drafting, governance, and regulatory tasks.

You will organize corporate records, manage NDAs and other agreements, assist with board materials, due diligence, and litigation support, while ensuring confidentiality and efficient document management across the Legal Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or nationally recognized certification preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal or related legal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Experience supporting corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and/or transactional matters required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare first drafts of routine agreements using approved templates and track redlines.
• Review, prepare, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements against company standards.
• Review customer and supplier agreements, purchase orders, terms, and conditions, including flow-down provisions.
• Monitor key dates, renewals, terminations, and deadlines, and alert stakeholders.
• Maintain standard contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Assist with board and committee materials, corporate minutes, and resolutions.
• Maintain corporate records for the company and subsidiaries, including annual reports and filings.
• Support due diligence, data room organization, and closing checklists for transactions.
• Maintain contract repository and manage signature workflows.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
