flyExclusive, based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel in drafting, revising, and managing legal documents and corporate records. The role involves handling agreements from draft to signature and coordinating with internal teams, customers, and outside counsel.

The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, handle confidential information, and help move transactions forward while ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years as a paralegal, transactional coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience drafting or managing contracts or legal documents.
• Experience coordinating document execution and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate legal aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including schedules and closing checklists.
• Draft, redline, summarize, and compare documents for attorney review using approved templates.
• Support Jet Club, fractional ownership, and related agreements under GC direction.
• Track drafts, approvals, signatures, and outstanding items; follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate electronic signatures and closing logistics; file executed documents in the repository.
