Location options include New Port Richey, FL or Washington DC, onsite, providing legal support on commercial and federal contracting, and cross-functional collaboration across business units.

The role requires a JD and 2+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on risk-based advice and contract drafting. A competitive benefits package applies, with bonus eligibility.

Qualificações

• JD from a nationally accredited law school with admission to practice in the US state bars.
• Minimum of 2+ years in corporate legal, transactional, or federal government contracting work.
• Experience in commercial strategy and drafting federal contracts with risk considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical and solution-oriented legal counsel for Pall’s Aerospace business and North America operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and federal contracting agreements.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure, draft, and negotiate agreements translating technical requirements into contract language.
• Assist senior counsel on high-value transactions, complex risk scenarios, and due diligence of third parties.
• Develop and improve legal processes, templates, and training to ensure ongoing compliance with contracting regulations.
