Qualifications

• JD from a nationally accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a corporate legal department or private practice with transactional and federal contracting responsibility.
• Experience in commercial strategy and federal contracts drafting with risk-based business counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal counsel for Pall’s Aerospace business and North America operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and federal contracting agreements.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate contracting agreements.
• Assist senior counsel on high-value transactions, complex risk scenarios, due diligence, and regulatory screening.
• Develop and improve contracting templates and training materials for efficient legal service delivery and compliance.
