Job summary

RSA Engineered Products in Simi Valley, CA, is hiring a Contracts Manager to lead the inside sales function and strengthen relationships with key customers. The role plans, directs and supports all inside sales strategies, pricing, proposals and negotiations to achieve company goals.

Excellent leadership is required to develop the team, manage large accounts, and collaborate with sales partners. On-site role with travel up to 5% and ITAR/EAR awareness essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a sales leadership role with at least 4 years in selling.
• Experience in new business development, including customer interaction and procurement.
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and access to technical data under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inside sales and customer service teams and mentor staff.
• Develop pricing, proposals and support sales negotiations.
• Manage large, high-profile customer accounts and sales strategies.
• Ensure training on products, systems and selling skills.
• Collaborate with partners and distributors and align with company plans.
• Maintain standardized price lists and report on market trends.
