The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, 7–10 years of sales leadership experience (4+ years selling), and knowledge of contracting, negotiation, and change management. Travel up to 5% is expected. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• 7–10 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 4 years in selling.
• Experience in new business development activities, including customer interaction, acquisition and procurement processes, and competitive assessment.
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
• Able to travel 5% of the time.
