RTCA is seeking a Contracts Associate I to join our onsite team in Washington. You will process customer orders, maintain contract records, and coordinate review activities, ensuring accuracy and timely movement through the contract lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment. ERP/MRP experience and familiarity with aerospace contracting are a plus.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate when needed.
• Customer service, administrative, or document control experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and organize customer purchase orders, amendments, and contract documents.
• Maintain electronic contract files, revisions, and approval records.
• Verify purchase orders against quotations for pricing, quantities, delivery requirements.
• Route orders for internal review and track approvals and actions.
• Prepare routine order acknowledgments and maintain customer portals.
• Escalate discrepancies and missing information to senior personnel.
• Support contract reporting and other departmental administrative activities.
