Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator I, Associate to join a mission-focused operations group. You will perform contract and order entry across ERP, CLM, PIEE and related systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 10% may be required, and familiarity with federal contracting is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in aerospace/defense contracting preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong data quality and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM systems a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for new contracts, modifications, and order records.
• Upload and maintain contract documents, quotes, and summaries in Fusion.
• Create and update WAWF acceptance entries.
• Monitor automated sales orders and resolve errors with cross-functional teams.
• Support rapid ad hoc contract updates tied to shipments or amendments.
• Document entries for audit and reporting.
