Job summary

This is a full-time position in a production environment manufacturing advanced composite materials. Responsibilities include supporting the production department, learning quality standards, performing hourly machine checks, assisting with packaging, and disposing of hazmat waste safely under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work under supervision to operate and support production lines.
• Assist with setting up machinery for processing composite materials.
• Perform hourly quality checks and identify basic defects.
• Package rolls and prepare products for processing; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow PPE and hazmat waste disposal procedures; participate in safety programs.
