Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines producing precision aerospace components. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment.

Your shift is 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with a $2–$4 per hour differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This position contributes directly to aviation safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runs.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Make basic program edits and part adjustments as needed.
