Qualifications

• 3+ years in precision machine maintenance.
• Willing to work 2nd shift or alternate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis in reliability processes and work with cross-functional teams to determine corrective actions.
• Enter and retrieve data from the CMMS and order parts to complete tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors and management to plan buyoffs and installation of new/rebuilt equipment.
• Troubleshoot during initial checkout of assets and systems to ensure timely project completion.
• Plan work sequences for maintenance staff across mechanical rebuilds and repairs.
• Use precision alignment and measuring equipment (micrometers, laser trackers, levels, etc.).
• Conduct lubrication during emergent and planned repairs as needed.
• Collaborate to provide reliability failure analysis and problem resolution.
• Train and mentor employees and apprentices in the same job classification.
• Assist in researching and delivering skill training and development plans.
• Develop detailed job plans and coordinate with Preventative Maintenance programs.
