Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years setting up and operating CNC machines in a machine shop.
• High School Diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Proficient in reading drawings and applying geometric tolerances with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Setup, run, and produce quality parts on 3-, 4-, or 5-axis milling or mill-turn machines.
• Load/unload parts, operate controls, perform basic program edits, and deburr parts.
• Tool changes and setting of tool offsets.
• Use drawings and measurement devices to inspect in-process and finished parts.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with AS9100 quality procedures.
• Report issues and coordinate with supervisor on machining or quality concerns.
