Hoppe Technologies, Inc. in Chicopee, MA is hiring a CNC Machinist to setup and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and mill-turns. You will ensure precision and quality for aerospace and defense components, using Mazak and Matsuura machinery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Proficient use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges).
• Ability to read drawings and understand geometric tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and produce parts on CNC milling and mill-turn machines.
• Load/unload parts, operate controls, edit basic programs, deburr parts.
• Perform in-process inspection using gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
