Job summary

Jobot, a long-standing aerospace manufacturer in the United States, is seeking an engineer where degree is not required and pay ranges up to $115k annually. You will drive manufacturing process improvements and program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes using MasterCAM, with Vericut verification, and design tooling via AutoCAD Inventor.

The role emphasizes collaboration across design, process, and program management, plus continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with MasterCAM and Vericut required.
• Design experience with AutoCAD Inventor or similar tool.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to meet design and quality standards.
• Program multi-axis CNC Mill & Lathe equipment using MasterCAM and verify with Vericut.
• Design using AutoCAD Inventor or similar software.
• Serve as the main contact for reverse engineering, design engineering and program management.
• Build and maintain BOMs, labor standards, and methods in our ERP system.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
• Support workflow and cell layout improvements.
• Analyze variances, troubleshoot machining issues, and support Supply Chain and Quality as needed.
