Job summary

The CNC Programmer – Mill will develop, optimize, and support CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient production that meets AS9100 and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has advanced Mastercam skills, strong GD&T knowledge, and the ability to interpret complex drawings while driving improvements in cycle time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling and programming experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Mastercam or comparable CAM software.
• Strong GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards knowledge.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, generate, validate, and maintain CNC milling programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis operations.
• Create setup sheets, tooling lists, and production documentation.
• Interpret engineering prints and GD&T with ASME Y14.5 compliance.
• Support machining with process optimization and tooling decisions.
• Assist in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
